What is Water Positive?

Water Positive (Water+) is to make more water available than you use.

This involves using less water than is replenished or recharged in the region, participating in water conservation initiatives, improving water use efficiency, and investing in projects and technologies that restore or increase water resources - such as seawater desalination.

Google, Facebook, Microsoft, PepsiCo, Gap, Dupont, Heineken, and British Petroleum, are among the internationally recognized companies leading the way worldwide to become Water Positive (source: International Desalination Association)
