Good corporate governance provides the foundation for trustworthiness, risk reduction and value creation. Through our governance framework we ensure that everyone understands the distribution of roles, responsibilities, rights and accountabilities. The foundation for the governance structure of the Waterise group is Norwegian law and our Corporate Governance Policy is based on the Norwegian Code of Practice for corporate governance.
