Annika Moman is a former executive with over 20 years’ experience in infrastructure project investment, development and delivery, including the adoption of new technologies in existing industries. Annika is currently a Thematic Expert and Industrial Advisor with Summa Equity within the energy transition theme. At Summa Equity, she focuses on value creation, governance, and ESG-driven transformation across high-growth portfolio companies. Annika was formerly the Global Energy Lead for AECOM and Commercial Director for Energy & Industry with WSP. Prior to entering the energy sector, she served as a Logistics Officer in the US Marine Corps, and holds degrees in mechanical engineering from the US Naval Academy and San Diego State University.
