Borja (b. 1969) is responsible for business development and sales at Waterise. He has over 25 years of experience in the water desalination industry in companies such as United States Filter Corporation, Veolia Water and Energy Recovery Inc, where he has held positions in management, sales, marketing and finance. He founded and is CEO of Aqua Advise, a boutique advisory firm for the desalination industry, he currently advises governments, corporations and innovators on how to develop and implement innovative water desalination projects. He is currently a Director on the Board of Directors of the International Desalination Association and Chairman of its Technical Programme Committee. He holds a degree in Business Administration.
